Another thing i think Micheal Chin and others in a position need to do is,lobby to have Jamaica 1554 King George implemented tax stamp fees lowered like the interest rate,why is a independent country still using the system of its former monarchs. The stamp tax in Jamaica on my purchase of a property, was more than the tax on a property of twice the cost in the States,the revenues do not support the services let just get that out there.
