Jamaica’s opposition spokesman on Finance Dr. Omar Davies has opined that the major issue in Jamaica’s negotiations with the IMF is the size of the island’s fiscal deficit which burgeoned to over 22 billion Jamaican dollars in the first two months of the fiscal year.
