Jamaica's Economy Grows by 0.3% in Q3 Print E-mail
Sample Image Latest figures from Jamaica's Statistical Institute, STATIN, indicate that the Jamaican economy grew by 0.6 percent for the third quarter ending September 2011 when compared to the corresponding quarter in 2010.STATIN attributes the growth primarily to the GOODS-Producing sector which grew by 2.4 percent.
