JMMB’s novel testing of an IRA Print E-mail
Jamaican investment company, Jamaica Money Market Brokers, JMMB, is conducting field tests on an Individual Retirement Account, or IRA.

However it's doing so in a novel way.

An informed source says JMMB is testing out the IRA internally on its staff, to ensure that the company is able to deliver maximum customer service to its clients if and when it formalizes an IRA.

JMMB is well-known in the Jamaican market-place for customer-centric focus.

When the company came under pressure early 2009, through rumours, as well as its limited exposure to toxic overseas assets, it mobilized staff in teams at all levels to deliver the reality of the situation to its clients.

Indications are that this act of transparency and client-focus worked!
